Special Education Needs
Parkside House offers an alternative education model in a small setting focusing on specific individual needs that include the development of fundamental cognitive skills as well as developing increased self-esteem and thinking skills. Parkside House School can assess pupils for a statement of SEN if required. Overall we aim to provide a broad and balanced learning experience delivered in a stimulating manner. Encouraging each young person to achieve their highest standard. This will be fully in line with the National Curriculum and will culminate in Nationally recognised qualifications, as well as providing learning that excites and challenges, building on real life expereience often extending beyond the classroom.
